Time Management (via Webinar)

How you decide to spend time and prioritize responsibilities can contribute to how you feel. This webinar can help you identify how you currently spend your time and how you would like to better manage your time. You will learn effective time management strategies that you can personalize to fit your values, priorities, and lifestyle in order to reduce stress and achieve success.

Facilitators

Kelly White, MEd., is a Health Promotion Strategist in the Health Promotion & Education unit in Student Development & Services. Kelly has worked in post-secondary settings for over ten years in health promotion both as an administrator and a sessional instructor. Kelly has worked in health education for over ten years and has been actively involved in building the community of health educators and health promoters at Canadian Universities through the Canadian Association of College and University Student Services (CACUSS) organization.

Levonne Abshire is a Health Promotion Strategist in the Health Promotion & Education Unit in Student Development & Services. Levonne collaborates with specific groups, including Faculty, Graduate Students and International Students, to build capacity in supporting the wellbeing of students on campus. Prior to coming to UBC, Levonne worked in non-profit community health and development for 10 years and was a K-12 educator. She is an alumni of UBC’s Faculty of Education and is currently pursuing a MEd. in Educational Leadership.
