GSS and UBC Yoga Club: Hatha Yoga

On September 23, UBC Yoga Club instructor Joylyn will host an online Hatha yoga class that is open to all-levels!

She will include many variations and modifications so everyone can practice at their level. Her classes focus on breath and embodiment. The practice helps calm the nervous system, and bring a feeling of peace and relaxation.
