Get a head start on your after-arrival checklist! During this orientation session, you’ll learn about how to unlock the benefits of your study permit, understand what you need to work in Canada, and how to make the best use of your health insurance plans. We’ll also discuss the things you should do during your first few days as an International Student in Canada, and where to find help when you need it.

Join us for the live Welcome event to start your #UBCGradJourney. There will be welcome addresses, an overview of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies and Graduate Student Resources at UBC, information on fun things to do in Vancouver, as well as opportunities to meet other graduate students and ask questions.
