International student info session

There are a lot of things to consider when you’re planning a move to a new country. Join International Student Advising for a pre-arrival workshop to learn about the steps you need to take before you travel to Canada. We’ll review the arrival process, provide you with a check-list of important things to get done during your first few days in Canada, and cover some crucial immigration information. By the end of the session, you should feel confident about travelling to Canada, know where to get help when you need it, and what you need to get done upon arrival to start off on the right track at UBC.

This session is online, please use this handy time converter (Links to an external site.) to see what time it will be where you are.

Andrea Sollberger is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and International Student Advisor at UBC. She has over 10 years of experience supporting Graduate students, and loves working with international students as they navigate the unique challenges and opportunities found at UBC.
